SILICON VALLEY INVESTMENTS / SOURCES

Every number needs a source.

Trace a metric to its evidence, understand its status and see when it was last checked.

Financial metricSource recordOriginal publication

The provenance chain

A material metric must carry a value, original source URL, publisher, publication date, retrieval date and verification status. The public interface should link from metric to source record to original publication.

This edition uses a local synthetic source record. It has no original external publication, and none of its financial values is verified. A demo source link opens the record below rather than pretending to link to factual reporting.

Evidence before precision

Primary announcements and regulatory filings take priority. Attributable financial reporting follows. Lower-quality sources require corroboration and cannot independently establish a verified valuation.

Source quality and verification are distinct. A reputable publisher can report an estimate; an original announcement can leave details undisclosed. Unavailable values are not presented as zero.

Secondary-market observations

A secondary indication is not an executed transaction or a primary company valuation. A production observation must identify the instrument, date, source, transaction context and verification status.

No secondary prices are included in this demo. The product uses “Not available” instead of inventing a range or suggesting market access.
